"Requested confirm hours 24 /7. Decaf is always bad. Service during AM rush is always good. Keep away from 2 to 4 pm. High School girls after school. Noise not enough staff. Management. died nothing to control them Over 30 keeps away."

"This is the best Dunkin's ever as I frequent this place all the time. The staff is very nice and they dont mess up your order. On some days, it gets crowded especially after school but in other times, it's pretty quiet and you could get some work done. Overall, having two drive thrus is a very good idea for rush hour but overall, this Dunkin's is spacious and it is the place to get drinks or food 24/7."

"I had excellent service late at night going to pickup someone from the airport for 1AM by an older lady who was happy to be there (which is rare nowadays) - if anyone deserves a raise it's her. Whilst I'm not a regular at this location, it's still nice to have good customer service, and my wife and daughter appreciate the egg and bacon croissants very much."

"Staff was efficient. There was an assistant manager Cathie R. That had a great attitude and went out of her way to greet us & make our short interaction pleasant. They handled the multiple orders that my friends and I placed. The inside of the store was clean & appeared covid safe with glass partitions, masks, & ongoing cleaning. I will definitely return to this Dunking location because of the way we were welcomed."

"Used to say the best service in my area but as of late, the rude servers in drive thru are a bit much. when the attitudes adjust will be 5 stars again. Don't know if they are short handed and I understand that too. Can't be rude to customers though due to it."

"When you order in the store, it'll be 100%, but using the app it'll be 80-90% which is disappointing. When the place was original it was one building, then later down the line it became a main building and a sub-building. Unfortunately thanks to that the main building makes mistakes. Though the people are nice the orders end up being wrong every once in a while."
